DELIVERY

- For orders under €149, YARDIO® Tools charges a symbolic shipping fee of only €2.95. Orders from €149 are fully free shipping.
- Depending on the country the parcel with your order is to be sent to, we try to make sure your order is delivered to your door as soon as possible. Deliveries within Netherlands We supply for 93% within 24 hours (*if ordered before 10:00 on working days), and deliveries to Belgium We supply for 96% within 48 hours (*if ordered before 10:00 on working days). Here is an overview of the most common countries we ship to and the corresponding delivery time
- Orders within Europe are delivered by DHL.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a email with a tracking number which allows you to track the shipment.
- If you are not at home, the delivery driver will check if your neighbour is at home and try to leave your parcel there. If this fails, the delivery driver will take the parcel back. A total of 3 delivery attempts will follow, if the parcel cannot be successfully delivered, it will be returned to sender.
- You can additional delivery instructions please inform the delivery service if you have one, so we can take it into account.
- It is possible to have your change delivery address as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible for this.
- In case of damage, contact our customer service and provide us with photos of the damage for further assistance.
- If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team immediately for assistance in tracking your package. Should the tracking data show that the parcel is registered as 'delivered', we will initiate a comprehensive investigation with the delivery service to determine the exact location of your shipment.
